Stonecreek Interior Systems Ownership Group and Case Systems Announced The Purchase of the Assets of CIF Lab Casework Solutions, L.L.C. of Ontario, Canada

Lewis Center, OH (November 7, 2011) – Stonecreek Interior Systems, L.L.C., an Ohio based dealership that delivers casework solutions and total project management to the primary education (K-12), higher education, laboratory and healthcare market segments, has announced that CIF Lab Solutions LP has purchased the assets of CIF Lab Casework Solutions L.L.C. and will maintain operations in Vaughan Ontario, Canada. The purchase is a joint venture between the ownership group of Stonecreek Interior Systems and Case Systems Inc.

CiF is a manufacturer of the highest quality wood casework for the university, college, research, government and healthcare laboratory environment, as well as, the K-12 institutional market segment; in the United States and Canada.
