Cleveland Heights High School, an urban school near Downtown Cleveland, renovated a learning space that inspires student success. The High School partnered with an organization called “New Tech” that supports schools in pursuing an innovative learning environment. Helping to create a learning approach that engages students and mimics higher education. The architect Michael Hynds, of Metropolitan Architecture Studio, was challenged to design a flexible lab environment supportive of the “New Tech” philosophy that embraces collaboration with the support of technology. By incorporating CiF Lab Solutions’ flexible lab tables and wing service carriers, the final design supports the High School’s goal for a “New Tech” innovative learning environment.
